Dave is highly entrepreneurial and sales driven, with an extensive background in successfully starting and developing multiple new businesses. He has over 25-years of executive level business management expertise, working in the top banking and finance companies. He has won the Top Rated Franchisee/Area Developer awards for a leading company in the entire United States. Dave holds a post-MBA degree from New York University and studied towards a PhD at the University of London, England. He has authored articles for the Bank Securities Journal, taught courses related to banking and credit at the New York Institute of Credit, and has been extensively interviewed on various television networks including Public Television and cable. Dave also often serves as an advisor and guest speaker for executives and business owner groups.
Jay has an extensive background in business development and internet marketing with nearly 10-years’ experience in successfully implementing strategies in mergers & acquisitions of businesses; as well as developing and managing businesses in multiple sectors, including franchises, wholesale distribution, retail management, and construction/real estate development. Jay has a business degree from the City University of New York, at Queens College.
Galik heads a team of food & beverage industry experts at CEO Business Brokers, where he helps clients with all the facets of the sale process (franchise & non-franchise); consults for start-ups; conducts franchise evaluations for buyers; as well as develops successful concepts for franchisors looking to grow their business, and provides turnaround expertise for distressed operations.
Galik has vast experience, spanning over 50-years in every aspect of the hospitality industry, starting at the age of 13 at Stouffers restaurant in New York. He is uniquely qualified with an extensive background in all aspects of the food & beverage business from minutest kitchen details, to the intricacies of serving hundreds of guests at a single seating, and operating large restaurants. Galik is also a former multi-unit restaurant owner in Manhattan, an entrepreneur, a Wall Street cafeteria manager, and a former associate food & beverage manager at Macy’s Herald Square Manhattan location. Galik was recruited by Joseph Baum (Creator of Windows on the World Restaurant) as an Associate Food & Beverage director with INHILCO (International Hilton Subsidiary).
Robert B. Goeller
Robert is a seasoned veteran of the finance industry, with nearly 50-years’ experience at a senior management level leading companies with a special focus on business lending, equipment financing and leasing. In addition to his vast experience with CIT Financial Corporation, Bob has served as the CEO of finance consulting company, Sierra Credit Corp., providing customized solutions for the lending needs of businesses. In addition, he has held various senior level positions, including executive board member and President of Association of Equipment Lessors, New York, NY. As such, Bob brings a wealth of experience and expertise for those looking for highly professional business financing needs.
Charlie is a business graduate in Marketing/Advertising from Baruch College. Charlie has owned and managed multiple businesses, including the Kew Gardens Health and Fitness Center for 19 years. He is currently the CEO of Mobile Fitness Services, Inc. Prior to this, he worked in publishing, materials handling, and industrial hardware. A genuine person who really cares about his clients, Charlie is known for his integrity and affable personality.
Sergey’s background in the Information Technology industry relates to both software and hardware applications companies. He has worked with manufacturing and service companies in multiple sectors and provided IT industry consultation to businesses. Sergey is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. In addition to his professional skills, Sergey is fluent in Russian.
Louis is a seasoned veteran of the international food service industry, with an extensive (35-years) management background in restaurants, bars, delis, diners and wholesale coffee distribution. He has played a dominant role in developing revolutionary fast-food concepts and structuring complex real estate investment deals. Louis often serves as a consultant in finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions both domestic and internationally.
